Teamsters Power:
INTRODUCING THE Teamsters VIP+ Air PLAN

As Teamsters, your strength and dedication are unparalleled. Every single day, you take on some of the most challenging jobs, putting your bodies on the line. Such commitment, over time, can take its toll. This is the nature of the hard, honest work that defines us. While we give our all, there might be instances when we need to step back, recuperate from an injury, or face unforeseen health challenges.

In recognition of your relentless effort and to support you during these challenging times, we’re proud to introduce the Teamsters Voluntary Income Protection Plus (VIP+) Air Plan.

LONG-TERM DISABILITY

Member coverage available up to $7,500 per month in $50 increments. Stackable with other eligible benefits, up to 70% of pre-disability earnings.

Protect What Matters Most

The NEW Teamsters VIP+ Air Plan covers pilots experiencing medical disqualification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). If your pilot license is revoked for medical reasons, the plan provides financial assistance while you seek medical evaluation to regain qualification.

Every Teamster deserves to be well-equipped and shielded from potential health obstacles. The Teamsters VIP+ Air Plan is meticulously crafted to help if you’re unable to work due to an illness, injury, surgery, loss of FAA medical certification (due to medical reasons), or death.

We strongly recommend that you dive deep into the details provided here, watch the insightful videos, and understand how this plan may safeguard the income you’ve tirelessly earned.

Your well-being is our priority. Equip yourself with the knowledge and protection you deserve.
